Great location for sightseeing, quiet at night, nice breakfast with both Western and Asian choices, free bike hire, close to the lake and shopping areas, helpful and friendly staff.

Nothing could have been better.

The hotel was a wonderful choice for our romantic escape. the comfortable beds and spacious rooms made us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the included breakfast, which was served in our room with a wide variety of options to choose from. the key location made it easy for us to explore the area and visit nearby attractions such as cafes and restaurants.

The hotel did not have a fitness center or pool.

This hotel is ideal for tourists looking for a central location in the bustling heart of the city. Situated just down the street from top tourist attractions and next to great shopping, this hotel puts guests right in the thick of things. the spacious and comfortable rooms offer a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. Guests will appreciate the welcoming and friendly staff who are always happy to help with anything.

Housekeeping services leave something to be desired, as hair and dirt were not properly cleaned in the bathroom and on the floor.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was great, as we were close to everything. We were able to walk to tourist attractions, shopping, and the center of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for tours and restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, with comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was tasty and delivered to our room.

Stayed at a hotel for the weekend. The location was unbeatable, everything was within walking distance, a variety of local shops to choose from, near tourist attractions. The room was spacious, with a small balcony. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, offering local advice and tips while we stayed there. The wifi was strong and fast, and the shower had good water pressure.

There were some small inconveniences, such as the breakfast being sent to the room. It was a bit cramped for five people and three children in the room.
